This Drilled Well was hit by a car and damaged. The problem was a two-part problem.
Part one of
the problem was that the well pump had been severed in the collision and fallen, possibly hundreds of feet, to the bottom
of the well.
Part two of the problem was that the water line was broken below ground as a result of the collision.
Repairing the line below ground was easily accomplished after digging around the pump but recovering the lost pump
over 60 feet below ground required special tools and tactics.
